Learning lab – Advanced Practice Nursing (October 9, 15.00 – 17.00 CEST)
This lab will focus on advanced practice nursing in advancing safe nurse staffing and creating positive work environment. In this regards, the session objectives are to (1) Explore policy approaches to advancing nursing roles; (2) Discuss the relationship between education, regulation and scope of practice; (3) Share country experiences in implementing advanced nursing practice; and, (4) Identify enabling factors and barriers for successful implementation.
